Directions For UseIt is a violation of Federal law to use this product inconsistent with its labeling.
Only for outdoor use. Cover exposed food to avoid contamination. Do not allow burning sticks to contact flammable objects, materials or surfaces.
Remove a Stick from the box and ignite the tip until it flames. Invert the Stick to ensure the entire end is well started. When this occurs, blow out the flame. It will continue to burn without a flame but will create smoke which will repel mosquitos. Insert the bottom end of the Stick into the ground or a bucket of sand making sure the Stick stands upright.
Place Sticks approximately every 10to 12 feet apart around the perimeter of the area to be protected. Sticks will be most effective when there is little or no breeze. Depending on the air movement, Sticks will last 3 - 4 hours. If a crack appears in the body of the stick it is simply drying. This is normal and in no way impedes effectiveness.
To extinguish, gently knocked off glowing end and put the tip out by inserting dirt or sand.
